Waitlist privacy notice
This notice explains data handling for the FamilyPilot website waitlist. It does not cover the future application or family-profile data.
Operator
The FamilyPilot website and waitlist are operated by Shpakau, an individual based in Belarus. For data-handling enquiries, contact support@familypilot.dev.
What we store
Your email, selected language, signup and confirmation times, consent version, subscription status, and technical confirmation-delivery data. Abuse prevention stores a temporary counter and signed request-source identifier without the original IP address. We do not request children’s information. The form is for adults aged 18 and over.
Why we use it
To verify your request and send FamilyPilot launch updates after email confirmation. We do not sell the mailing list.
Services and retention
The site and database are hosted on our VPS in Paris, France. Waitlist records are stored in SQLite, and automated email uses Resend. Mailbox enquiries use Dynadot. Providers may retain technical logs to operate and protect their services. Confirmation links last 24 hours. Expired unconfirmed requests are removed when the service next processes a request. Confirmed addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or the waitlist closes.
Unsubscribe and removal
Use the removal link in your email to delete your signup. You may also email support@familypilot.dev from the address you want removed, corrected, or reviewed. Provider technical logs and backups may remain according to their retention policies after the active record is removed.
